Questions We Typically Ask Our Clients
- Which fabric are you looking for? Knit or woven? Do you know the exact specifications for your fabric?
- What will you use the fabric for? Dress shirt, t-shirt, dress or baby wear?
- Does your fabric need to have any certifications like Oeko-Tex, GRS or GOTS?
- Have you bought fabric before? If yes, then in what country?
- Typically, what quantity per colour do you order? Do you know how many kgs or meters you need?
- Does your company have a website?
- Which country are you shipping your fabric to?
- What testing and QC do you require during and after the fabric is produced?
- Do you want to work with an agent or directly with the textile mill?
- Do you plan to visit Vietnam and tour the fabric mills that we work with?
Payment Terms
We accept cash and bank transfers. For ready made fabric we ask for 100% payment before shipment. For custom fabric we ask for 40% deposit and then 60% payment before shipment.
Production Time
Production time depends on availability of yarn but generally we can produce fabric within 3-4 weeks after lab dips are approved. We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that produces small and large quantity Eco fabrics in a matter of weeks. We can deliver to local sewing factories or deliver to the port of your choice where we hand over the fabric to your freight forwarder.
Sampling
We will provide swatch samples for you. Either we have samples already available or we will get them from our partners. We ask that you pay for shipping if we need to ship overseas. Our sample swatches are in A4 size with headers for you to feel the fabric in your hand and hang neatly on hangers. Lab Dips
A lab dip is a sample of the fabric you want to produce that has been dyed your exact Pantone color. Before bulk production, the textile mill must make lab dips for you to approve. The lab dips come from the dyeing department. The main purpose of the lab dips is to make sure the color is correct. A Pantone color reference or sometimes a swatch cut from another fabric is given to the dyeing department to match.

Fabric Development Service
We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that offers a fabric development service. You can send us a sample or send us technical descriptions of the eco fabric that you want and our fabric development team will make a counter sample for you. We charge a fixed fee of 250usd for develop an eco fabric plus the cost of the fabric. We ask that you pay for all shipping costs. The fabric developing fee is none refundable. We recommend that you choose from our ready made stock fabric for your sample collection. We offer common Eco fabrics in black and white color. We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that offers fabric development services and has available stock on hand to sell in small quantity.

Our office is located in Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City, just 30 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from the city center. Our office is situated on the 5th floor of Amanaki Thao Dien Hotel building. Our address is on Nguyen Dang Giai Street, which is a two-way road with many buildings and apartments, attracting numerous foreign visitors to live and work.
In this area, there are also many appealing cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious coffee and rich flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

Transportation in Ho Chi Minh City
The best way to move around Ho Chi Minh City is by Grab or Taxi. There are two Taxi companies we recommend. They are Mai Linh and Vinasun. If you are brave and adventurous you can rent a motorbike and zip through all the traffic jams. To get from the airport to our office will cost around $US5 and to get from Airport to downtown will cost around $10. You can rent a motorbike for a month for around $US50. Xe Om motorbike rides should, on average, cost around $US 1- 3 dollars. Hotels We Recommend
Our favorite hotel is Amanaki Thao Dien because it is close to our office, peaceful, has a private swimming pool, and showcases art exhibitions. If you are going to stay down town and would like a high class western style hotel we recommend the Caravel.
If you would like a budget hotel downtown then we recommend the Millenium Boutique. If you want something outside of town and on the river in an area with a lot of upscale quiet western restaurants and bars we recommend Villa Song in Thao Dien.
