JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Source and develop B2B clients: fashion brands, tailoring workshops, FOB factories, textile trading companies, weaving/knitting mills, and spinning mills.
– Provide consulting: advise customers on suitable eco-friendly fabrics, yarns, and silks (Bamboo, Lanh Bamboo, Ananas (pineapple fiber), Silk, Organic Cotton, Recycled Fiber, etc.).
– Business planning: develop monthly sales plans and coordinate smoothly with other departments (R&D, Technical, Production, Warehouse).
– Technical coordination: collaborate with the technical/production departments to handle technical requirements, sampling, testing, and material improvements.
– Process tracking: prepare quotations and contracts, and track the progress of production, delivery, and payments.
– Customer service: maintain existing customer accounts, acquire new customers, and build long-term relationships.
– Financial & performance management: manage outstanding debts and revenue, and prepare detailed performance reports.
– Sales targets: achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs (to be discussed during the interview).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– Minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales experience (priority given to candidates with an existing network in the fabric, yarn, textile, or fashion industries).
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to build strong customer relationships.
– Knowledgeable and eager to learn about fabrics and yarns; passionate about “eco-friendly” products.
– Conversational English or Chinese is an advantage.
– Proficient in office applications.

– Basic Salary: 8,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (depending on capability).
